  Some of the officers here are equipped with an attitude. WATCH OUT for officer Schulz, a lady-man like individual who will try to demotivate you from filing your claim. the officer dude harassed when I attempted to file a complain, and was stuck-up on accuracy of the information I provided, such as spellings of a name.

  Overall I had a positive experience. The police officers were really helpful with my case, aside from one of them.

  In defence of the Ottawa police, I found that the police officer that I saw only finished high school and then joined the police..

  The woman officer at the desk was too rude to be professional. Laughed at me when I asked to use a stapler to add a 2nd page to my incident report. There was 3 people at the desk in total and only 1 person was taking peoples #’s. I would recommend going all the way to the one in the East they have the fastest service and are courteous, respectful and have excellent customer service. Definitely learned my lesson and will NEVER come to this location again.

  Was arrested for moving someone's furniture from a house that had a legal issue and was charged with homeowners issues!? Massive federal charges of grow op and drugs??? Then they made me wait in a steel box @ 5 celsius and constant light torture for 24 hours and 1 sandwich, the water was broken in my cell. The officer said she don't give a F***. was not allowed a phone call, was forced to use a lawyer of their choice instead of me contacting my own family lawyer. Then they sent me to prison cause there was no JP on duty in all of Ottawa...(sure). Finally got released and they "lost" my wallet, belt, phone, cash and emergency inhaler. And they shove me out in the cold with no jacket, belt, shoe laces even and tell me to bad. Had to walk miles home in cold gasping for air, coughing thinking I could not even call an ambulance now if I collapse. And I don't even have a criminal record. So trust me no one's safe.

  I went to ask about a possible fraud identity. The police officer that I spoke, told me that nobody can help me and no body will investigate this or any similar situation. So he basically told me that hacking personal information in Canada is legal (of course only if you are visible minorities or not-white)

  So in sum out, high pay -low educated police force CAN NOT deal with this kind of crime. Please to any people in charge of the police station, Seriously train your people to speak with people that are victim of fraud identiy and NOT WHITE!!!.. Also please teach them what it is an IP address or a cloud storage or even an email.....
