  Unresponsive agent Kelly T with bad customer service. Attempted to reach her for a simple showing over multiple emails in a span of a week. Only response from her was a last minute spontaneous email that she will be at the showing location for 45mins. No prior arrangements/communication to my inquires whatsoever.

  Prior to being an admin for The Floyd Team (one of the awesome teams who work here) I bought my first home with them. Glenn guided us through the process from our first showing right through to closing. He showed us what would make a great first home and what to avoid. There was never any pressure. We found the perfect place for us to start a family. Now I work for them-that's how much I like them!

  I have a property listed with a different realtor and Tom Hamdadou from this office called to arrange for a viewing in one hour's time. I agreed and I went to check that everything was in order, shoveled the snow, put down some anti-slip product and turned on all of the lights. (My realtor said that Tom would turn out the lights afterward.)

  I went by later to check that he had turned out the lights only to discover that he had never come and didn't even have the decency to call and cancel.
