  Healthy meal plan is affordable and the meals were fresh and delicious and always on time. I have done many other food plans for clean eating but high in protein to help me with my gym goals to achieve lean muscle gains and none come close to healthy meal plans. I am now eating healthy and I have lost a big amount of body fat and enjoy every bite on my new journey. Thank you to the staff and friendly service. I am a very satisfied customer and recommend healthy meal plans to everyone. They will provide you with a plan for any goal you may have and guarantee success. Thank you healthy meal plans.

  Healthy Meal plan has exceptional customer service and amazing quality of food! The variety keeps me excited every day!! The owner is so quick to answer any of my questions and is always so polite and helpful! The fact that they deliver my meals everyday saves me so much time. Would recommend to everyone looking to take a break from cooking or for someone like me just doesn't have time to eat healthy.

  I was a bit skeptical at first trying a meal delivery service but I'm on day one and can't stop raving about it! I had issues with online ordering but the staff was super friendly and prompt to respond and confirm the order was placed etc. Food is super tasty, love the delivery service and friendly staff that care about their clients. Overall very impressed with the experience and highly recommend!

  I was travelling to Ottawa for a conference and discovered you via Google. Your prompt replies, friendliness and ease to work with was outstanding! Delivery was on time and the food was fresh, flavourful and well prepared. A great option for anyone needing to eat clean on the road, at home or with a restrictive diet!! Highly recommend!

  Love love love HMP!!! Food is delicious, fresh and always different! If you're too busy to cook or are bored with your current routine...you really should try this amazing service!
