  They had fake deals during the Black Friday sale. The attached photos shows a shoes which was priced as “starting from CAD$ 95.98” with discount up to 52%! I first thought that the price is based on color or size, but when I opened that particular item, the price of the shoes was either CAD$ 149.98 or 169.98, but non was priced at or even close to the advertised starting price of 95.98!!!

  Good service despite it being absolute bedlam for Black Friday. Mohammad was a big help, and checked to see if the shoes were available online. Was awesome to get help so quickly when it was so busy. Thanks dude!

  Great service from the male salesman. Went above and beyond to find the right pairs of shoes. Great prices and selection. Would recommend and return.

  I reported that to the branch manager and she referred me to the website contact, but they handled the issue in a very unprofessional manner, and I received another promotional email with the same fake price later on the same day!!!

  Outstanding customer service. I had trouble with two different pairs of winter boots this season and their response was great! Marie the manager is arguably the best store manager I've encountered. Khal is knowledgeable and only wants to see a smile on your face. There is no reason to shop anywhere else!
