    It's a decent enough location but their Saturday hours are ridiculous -- they close at 6! What kind of store closes at 6 on a Saturday? I did find decent boots for winter and was very pleased with their selection.

    Purchased 2 pairs of shoes last weekend. The worst service ever! I put one star because I can post with zero stars. Prices are ok. Shoes are ok. Service, I have trouble seeing how it could be worse.

    They didn't have any stock in for my size of boots. Unfortunately, I had a gift certificate so I had to use it and ended up ordering boots for delivery but could not try them on because they were so low on inventory. What kind of store that specializes in shoes and boots runs out of all size 10-12s of 50 different kinds of boots and shoes?

    Day after day the customer service getting bad to worse... You could see huge difference between 10 years ago and now.
