  Really nice sales associates but awful, cheap products. Don't bother - you'll spend $200 for boots that last a month, maybe two. Part of the "disposable fashion" machine, avoid at all costs.

  If shopping here I suggest to be particularly skeptical of the quality of the boot and examine what its made of (leather vs pleather).

  We learned that their return policy involves the manager taking a picture of the boots being returned. The picture is emailed to the store owner whom is not on site and is not guaranteed to answer his phone. When the phone is unanswered, the work around suggested is that the store calls you back once the owner has replied with his permission for a return to take place. This could understandably take several hours as the owner, I'm told, is the only one that can make the decision to return an item.

  So it seems that this is a store that sells low quality ripoff boots made in China for top dollar and have a particularly horrible and complicated return policy to discourage returns.
