  The building is quaint and the service is exceptional! They offer their own brand of herbal teas to enhance the relaxation while you get your nails done. The nail service quality was great and my nails have never looked better! Can’t wait for my next work trip to Ottawa!!

  I went in for a half day of services including facial, two waxing services, manicure, & pedicure. The space is very small with large bright windows. It is inviting as a nail shop but lacks the atmosphere of a day spa as it advertises itself to be. The place has a single door to the outside so there is a consistent very cold breeze during winter as clients enter and exit the shop.

  Arrived and was taken in right away and shown the nail colour selections. My manicurist arrived and quickly started trying to get me to pick a colour. I mentioned there was nothing in the tones I wanted except that I reluctantly picked. I was expecting a proper manicure. Having my nails soaked etc. No such luck. All the customers were drinking tea and offered refills. Not me, I finally had to ask for a cup. I asked if we could test the colour and I was told with shellac once it’s on we can’t take it off. I’ve been to many salons in the city and never had this response. I was done in 30 min. I can get that type of service in a budget salon and they treat you kinder. No worries, I won’t go back. I’d rather spend a bit more and be treated with service and a smile.

  The tech doing my pedicure was gossiping with a coworker about fellow staff and clients while doing my nails. The owner was flittering around complaining about things and loudly trying to upsell everyone. It was not the day of pampering and relaxation I had hoped for.

  First time ever getting a pedicure. Went with the girlfriend and I was pleasantly surprised with the service! Will definitely be coming again!

  I visit this location every time I’m in Canada! ...and I wish they had a fabulous place like this in the U.S.

  This spot is a gem. Good music and conversation. Fun space for manis and pedis. Consistency of quality and attention to detail is what keeps me coming back. I recently had a facial upstairs where the space is much more catered for a relaxing experience and it did not disappoint. Professional, welcoming and CLEAN. It's my go to spot for all my services.
