  Worst storage company on the planet. Extremely disorganised. Can't keep track of how much their customers are suppose to pay each month. Employees that work there like to physically assault customers and threaten them. Any other storage facility is better than these fools. Gladwin Self Storage was a wonderful company. Too bad they are not around anymore.

  I stored my furniture at Gladwin while moving from one place to another. The location is convenient and staff very pleasant. If anyone is looking for affordable storage, i would recommend Gladwin.

  I have been looking around different storage solutions for my car and came across Gladwin and with no further thought I decided this is my choice .The GM is excellent .He has been very helpful in showing me the space and even helping in finding the best spot for you.After visiting the place I made my decision final that Gladwin is my storage solution.

  We rented a cargo van and loaded it with the big items (chesterfield, loveseat, dining room table and chairs) and we packed our Dodge Caravan full of the smaller items and drove it right to our unit for easy unload. I was surprised at how much the storage unit actually fit.

  amazing way above and beyond the call of duty. they were willing to try and get me after hours access just to help me out in an emergency, brought me water bottles when they noticed i was dying in the heat, recommended movers for my way out, the list goes on and on. all this and the price is right :)

  My wife and I had been looking all over Ottawa for an affordable self-storage facility because we were getting ready to sell our 3 bedroom townhouse near Bank and Hunt Club and needed to renovate the main level. We needed to move a lot of our furniture out for about 4 months and found Gladwin Self Storage. Norm and Lorraine were always friendly and helpful, the grounds were always clean, and we had access to our unit 24 hours a day and Gladwin was the most affordable storage facility out there.
