  The storage of our effects with PODS has been efficient and done in a professional manner. Their customer service personnel are a pleasure to i teract with. All in all a great service and would definitely recommend the company.

  I used PODS to move and store items between May - June 2015. The drivers who dropped off and picked up the POD were lovely to deal with, very respectful of our property and accommodating to some issues we had to overcome. The email support from PODS was great and they were able to answer my question quickly. However I do find the web-site a bit confusing as each of the initial delivery, storage, second delivery, and pick up of the empty POD is a separate part of the transaction. Read carefully and you will be fine. I admit, that I don't like that they don't pro-rate months for storage, but as I was able to literally pick up on the last day without getting an auto-charge, so I was OK with that little wrinkle...but plan accordingly if you don't want to pay for an extra month. It was great to pack the POD myself so I could be sure my items didn't break. This seemed like a much better use of time and money than taking a large number of car loads to a storage facility only to reverse the process in a month. So PODS works well for that sort of activity. Overall I was very happy with my experience and have recommended them to friends with the few small caveats above.

  The best way to move. No time crunch to get a truck packed, moved and unpacked in one day. Indoor storage if you need to store your belongings.

  Excellent experience. On-line booking very easy and accurate. Timings were all met and POD placement very accurate and careful. Will use again and definitely recommend.
