  Saw this was the only UPS store open on Sunday, and I didn’t trust Canada Post with my parcel to the USA, so off I went. As there was a fragile piece inside, the owner, Abdil, helped repackage my box cheaper than what it would have been in the first place! Very friendly, knowledgeable and a good price too. Very, very pleased for the excellent service and it is work the drive to ship with him.

  The owner is amazing! Gave me a discount as a first time customer and was very helpful in explaining how international shipping worked and gave me good advice on how much to charge for shipping on my next sale. I will definitely use is store again.

  Superior customer service. Reasonable rates and on-time delivery! Adil and his team are #1! Plus, Adil will beat any quote online or not by 10%. You won't find a better shipping deal anywhere!

  Location decides to close on Sunday (in relations to Family Day on Monday) and neglects to inform the online community. As a result, I wasted an hour of my time and had to unload 150 lbs worth of packages only to do it all over again on Tuesday. I'm sure the staff and service is typically good but whomever is running the store will never see any future business from me.
