  Exactly what I was looking for, une boulangerie digne de ce nom! Tried 4 different breads so far and all delicious. I would enjoy a little less salt for the fougasse aux tomates and the Olive & Rosemary but other than that:

  Without a doubt the best craft bakery in the downtown and centretown area. Daily fresh crusty and chewy breads that taste like desserts. Very large choice changing daily. And: "The owners are in the store," smiling as early as seven o'clock in the morning! We don't buy bread anywhere else and just hope they'll never quit. 5 stars.

  I bought a day old sourdough loaf on discount. One of the best sourdoughs I've had; perfectly chewy crust, not too dense but not too fluffy on the inside, a great, mild flavour. I'm really impressed and I highly recommend to anyone who appreciates fresh, local foods!

  Love the bread here. You can never go wrong with the seed loaf. It's got an excellent crust and nice fluffy inside.
