    I can't even get someone to call me back to talk about my mortgage. I called again today and their system keeps hanging up on me... I am moving on to CIBC and TD to see if they want my mortgage for the next 5 years

    Not a word was spoken! I am a very friendly individual. I said hello and how are you and not only did I not get a response, there were NO words spoken by the teller at this bank. The sooner I can move the account out, the better.

    Impossible to reach a human by telephone. Questions that do not fit the telephone menu require a branch visit.
