  I had my hair washed and dried by Ben. He did an excellent job on both occasions. I was visiting Ottawa so I am not a regular customer. My hair takes some time to wash and dry because it is thick and curly. I appreciated the care Ben took with my hair, looked and felt great afterwards! It is nice when hair stylists are attentive even though they know you will not be coming back. This is the mark of a really good hair salon in my opinion!

  Nice little place to get a hair cut downtown. Everyone is pretty nice. And always do a good job!

  Stay away. They cannot manage their appointments properly. The point of having an appointment is so that people can manage their schedules efficiently. If a customer takes the trouble of taking time off from work, she should not be expected to sit at the salon and wait, wait and wait ... when no one bothered to explain why they are running so late. Worst customer service and front desk ever. There are plenty of nice salons in town, no need to waste time here
