  The main cashier has such a bad attitude its not surprising he's 40 and working at a smoke shop.. After countless visits feeling uncomfortable being in this mans presence. (god forbid you should have any questions on anything) then the bad attitude really comes out.. Ungrateful people are the biggest fools.

  The staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly, we have a large variety of items to suit your needs. They are also one of the few stores in Ottawa that carries finals, so it is worth coming into take a look at their collection for your turntables!

  Great selection! They are above all the best head shop in Ottawa! Great customer service and a staff that cant be beat!

  if you walk in the store and the cashier has his arms crossed, not greeting you or even smiling.. that's the one.... He really shouldn't be in any type of customer service position. Update: the only reason i gave 3 stars is because i know and like the owner, and they do have a decent selection. But i stopped going because of this pompous ass hat
