  The process started on line via a sales promotion received as an email. I contacted two dealerships including Dan Murphy Ford to upgrade my current Ford Edge to a new 2018 Ford Edge. Of the two dealerships I met, Dan Murphy came out ahead in terms of interest in making a deal and over a few days they came up with a great deal. The sales rep was great to deal with - he was interested and motivated to meet my requirements. He was courteous polite but tenacious and not over bearing. I would say that this is one of the best deals I have made in 45 years of owning cars (I have purchased or leased over 20 vehicles over that period)

  I would highly recommend this dealership. I am new to Canada and they did their best to help me buy my first car here. Everybody I dealt with was super nice and helpful. Also, I’d like to mention their service department. It was more than pleasant to do business with them. Great people, very friendly attitude and quality work.

  The sales staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating and they will do everything the can to find what you want. Unfortunately, it's not until you've found what you want that they give you a slap in the face. I've never seen so many "hidden fees" before, and I have purchased several used cars in my lifetime. The dealership took the opportunity not only profit once from my visit, but three time. We traded in large minivan for 2 smaller vehicles, so they made a profit out of the 2 cars and the trade in. You would think I would of gotten a little cost reductions in all these transactions...nope, they completely shut the door on negotiations. The 800$ admin fee...twice! "Every used vehicle is Carproofed", yep at your cost, every used vehicle come with one year warranty Diamond Kote insurance whether you want it or not and they slap that on the bill also. And did I mention they also charge you for the tank of gas? Yep, on the bill also. 100 of gas for a 60L tank...you do the math. I understand they are a business and they are trying to make a living, but if a car cost x amount, that should be the price your paying, adjust the cost accordingly. They make you think your getting a good, but in the end, your not. They profited 3 times of me and my family, who doesn't even makes less then 6 figure income. That's not in my opinion, something they should be proud of.

  When I look for new a new car, my son is my first point of contact. He knows cars and his mother's needs! We stopped by Dan Murphy's last March and decided on a 2017 Ford Fusion, an excellent choice. But, it gets better... The transaction is only as good as the dealership behind it. In this respect, I can say without reservation that Dan Murphy's Ford has provided by far the best automotive experience I've ever had. They are prompt, attentive, and communicate effectively. In a word, they do what they said they would do. The car is a pleasure, as is the dependability of the dealership behind it. That works for me!
