  This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with car rentals. The service, attitude, price and everything overall was very bad. I would give it even a 0 not 1 star. I thought I was going to pay 112 dollars for three days (as shown on expedia), he ended up giving me an unrealistic price of 350 or so. Please work on fixing your negative attitude and your unrealistic prices. The worst.

  Even though the car was fine, the service was not. You get charged way more than originally mentioned. The young driver fee is 30 dollars a day, and apparently you have to pay a mandatory fee (which is not insurance, but covers some things). This fee should not be mandatory since most people have their own insurances. The guy did not explain anything, and just charged us the extra fee. In the end we paid more than double the price as shown on the reservation.

  Crooks! Very poor customer service. Booked on Expedia and had the print out of the contract and they tried to charge me $325 OVER the quote that I was given. These guys were making stuff up. NEVER will I put myself in a position to have to deal with this location! Criminals work here.

  Last month we rented a car, the service was awesome and the price was the best. I started recommending this rental place to my friends and colleagues. Guaranteed my next car rental will be from Thrifty on Catherine Street. Keep up the great job.

  Great service done business a few times and been great. Thank you
