  Got into a bit of a fender bender and immediately got swindled by a towing company. While we were having a terrible week, Cole was incredibly helpful and friendly. He gave us a quote that was unfortunately too high for us because we didn't have collision coverage. But he dealt with a towing bill, talking them down, and helpfully taped my bumper back up so we can get it fixed at a smaller place for cheaper. This industry is full of people who try to talk you out of your money, and especially dealing with insurance it was terrible. Overall I was extremely satisfied and grateful for Carstar and trust them 100%. Cole did a great job.
