  I've never experienced genuine customer care like this before. My car got keyed a week before my lease ended. Highland was amazing...they cared so much about helping me and getting the job done in time that I couldn't actually believe it. I kept expecting the shoe to drop and suddenly everything would blow up...but it never did. I HIGHLY recommend Highland auto. They have the feel of small town care but in central Ottawa. I can't say enough about Peter and Brendon...felt like being home on the farm and just getting help from our neighbours.

  I just picked up my new car from the shop and it's absolutely perfect. These guys have fine tuned the art of customer service and automotive repairs. The car was perfectly cleaned when I arrived to pick it up, they even washed the interior floor mats! It's truly the little things that set this business apart from the rest. The staff are extremely polite and appreciative of my business. (seems like a rarity nowadays) They arranged for a rental car to pick-me up. Once my car has been recleaned, I will take professional photos (with full spectrum lighting) to show the before and after results. I truly and whole heartedly recommend this automotive repair shop to anyone in need. They have maintained a five-star review after 30 reviews and it's now very clear that all of these stars have been diligently earned. Bravo!

  The staff were all extremely helpful and professional. Great customer service. My car was brought in and fixed up all in the same day. Excellent overall service would recommend to anyone.

  I've been to Highland auto body several times with different issues, each time these issues were resolved quickly. Great customer service from Brendon who kept me updated on progress the whole time. I'd recommend this shop to anyone as you really feel you're getting an honest opinion and not the run around you experience at many shops. It's definitely the shop I'll always go to!
