  Moving to Ottawa without a proper mechanic and no understanding of how vehicle testing was made infinitely easier by the attentive and kind staff at Speedy Auto. Always honest and have saved me quite a few dollars.

  Tried booking in some service that was due on my vehicle and didn't get a good impression over the phone. Lacking customer service & no willingness to take the time to build confidence with a new prospective customer. I almost certainly would've given them some easy business just for being along my daily commute route, but in this case, I'm glad their true colors were flying high right away. Fortunately, the decision to inquire and book my vehicle in for service elsewhere was an easy one.

  Been coming here for more than 10 years - staff and management are honest and friendly, and always look for ways to deliver the best service at the best prices. They'll call around trying to find the best prices on parts and have never tried to do unnecessary repairs. It's hard to find an honest and fair mechanic, but these guys are top notch.

  Amazing service and attention to creating a fully engaged, comfortable and relliable experience for customers. Very friendly, transparent and knowledgeable in what they do. There aren't enough good things i can say about this place. Thank you very much to everyone that works there.

  After receiving a rather shocking quote from another establishment, I took my truck to Speedy for a second opinion, and I'm so glad I did. The price quoted was significantly less, but more importantly the staff took the time to explain and even show me the repair needed with my vehicle on the hoist. They didn't upsell or throw in other charges, and the customer service was excellent. I will not hesitate to use them again.
