  My wife scheduled an appointment to fix the light in our baby's room. They told us we would be the second call of the day and gave us an arrival window of 9-11 am. Since the problem was in the baby's room, we had to move the baby's morning nap to our bedroom in a pack and play. The baby does not particularly like the pack and play, and slept very poorly. We finally got in contact with them just before the baby's second nap time and we politely asked whether they could postpone to 3 pm, to which they said no.

  Gave a two-hour window, never showed up, did not answer phone for hours.

  When I called, I believe Mike answered the phone directly, no voicemail. He was avle to send someone out that day. The two gentlemen who came were very good, friendly and called with their eta. The cost was, I felt, reasonable and as I mentioned, the service was great.

  Fuller Electric staff are always on time and are polite. Work is performed in an efficient and clean manner. When they leave the problems which brought them to the house have been solved.

  They were polite, timely, and efficient. Not sure what else you could really ask for. I recommend them whole-heartedly and will definitely use them again in future.

  Anyone who has had a kid understands how important nap time is and how hard it can be when the baby misses a nap, but Mike Fuller Electric was unwilling to meet their commitment. I know scheduling can be hard, but lacking the ability to schedule is where customer expectation management comes in. Our expectations were completely mismanaged and Mike Fuller Electric refused to meet us halfway.

  Installed an upgraded service and new service panel. Work was done on schedule and quickly. All necessary dry wall holes where patched. Crew was friendly and accommodating. Not the cheapest but by far best value for money.
