  from 9 am 12 .30 pm I have called more then 30 time to get a simple question an answer no one pick up and answer the phone sadly there's no answering machine to leave a message

  I wish I could give them less than one star. They deserve nothing. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. Actually, thats not true, because they don't even pretend to give you service. Do they not know what phones are? 160 dollars for a visa and they don't even answer the phone. WORST. EVER. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE. THEY DON'T KNOW OR DO ANYTHING.

  The worst service I have ever received, for an Embassy situated in an English speaking country, surprisingly NO ONE at this location can understand English or speak it. Good luck getting any help.

  wores then here they have answering machine to press this press that it puts you on hold after 5 minutes it cuts of and you call again all over again

  They do not even deserve the one star rating. They either don't answer the phone or simply hang up on you. I was considering traveling to Cuba with my relatives for a vacation, but if this is how they treat potential guests who want to spend money there, forget about it.

  A very good experience. They have rules they have to follow. They helped me navigate the regulations and even suggested a certified translator who was excellent.
