    Horrible customer service. Called several times, was put on hold just to be hung up on. The staff have no desire to awnser simple questions such as "How long must I exit Thailand in order to re-enter without a visa for under 30 days (1h, 1day, 1 week?)."

    Called a few times in order to get some information concerning Thailand and visa requirements just to get told to check Thailand's Immigration website, this not mentioning the times I got hung up on after being put on hold.

    Worst service Ever, you called them. you asked any questions she will reply you that give her your email and read instruction by yourself. There is no need for human pick up the phone worst than a automated telephone service
