  There is no other place I would go to purchase anything for my home other than Leons and specially the walkley road location. I mean the care that is put in to the sale and the explanation and everything is just superb. After sales support is top tier service, they even care for me and my issues long after I had purchased an item even years after. They will always go the extra mile to ensure you are happy and satisfied and will stop at nothing to ensure you are a repeat customer. I got to build very decent relationships with the staff there and establish great rapport with them ; people from sales, to service to management. Cory, a manager who no longer works there was phenomenal, however his predacessor Tony is exceptionally helpful and kind. He went out of his way just 3 weeks ago to help us with our fridge situation and I won't get into specifics here but I can assure you that what he did for me that day was something I've never seen from a manager in my entire life. I will be following up with head office about how professional and helpful he was. Tony along with everyone at that location and the location itself deserves to be commended for their efforts. Tony if you are reading this, you my friend are an asset to your company and I thank you so very very much for stopping at nothing to put a smile on my wife and I's faces. Unsung hero is what you are :)

  I was told by the sales rep that my dining room table would arrive in 3 weeks. 3.5 weeks go by so i decide to call in and try to schedule a delivery. Even though they claim the dinning room table is in Toronto, I am told they will call me back in 3 weeks when the table arrives? I know Leon's owns the Brick, but when I ordered something from the Brick and it was in Toronto, the shipping took only 2 days!

  Me and my partner bought everything from Leon's for our new house. We worked with Gary who is fantastic. He got us everything we needed and was able to help us out through our buying process. If you package more items you can get a pretty great discount. We went everywhere in Ottawa to compare prices and Leon's just matched them so we could just bundle the delivery (free delivery if you're local too!) And Warrenton coverages.
