  I purchased a chest drawer from here and it was my worst nightmare. Came with 4 defected parts, took 3 people and 2 days to finish. You would think paying for something more than IKEA furniture, it would be better quality but it's not. Not worth my time and headache.

  I bought some furniture including a couple of sofas. After a long wait I installed the sofas and it can easily be seen that the back pillows are half full. They don't have enough feathers to stand or to be used properly. Very uncomfortable and annoying. I contacted the customer services by phone and email and my wife visited the store to complain. First, I didn't get any answers to my emails, and I was not able to upload the pictures although they were in the requested format. and second, I was told by phone that the issue with the sofa is wear and tear, I am not able to accept that empty pillows are caused by wear and tear. How can a pillow get less filling from wear and tear? It is a very bad experience to deal with such an awful store. I feel very sorry that I paid two months in advance and finally got carton boxes of defected products without any service nor respect from the store management.

  absolutely the worst experience and worst product you will ever see in your life.... its been a terrible experience dealing with this company. They picked up 2 damaged sofas a month ago and im still calling them everyday to get my money and they refuse to even let you talk to a supervise... they owe me 2348.14$ and at this point i dont to how to get my money back....

  Don't buy products from Structube. Especially online. It took several weeks for my online order to go through, then my bed was delivered with a damaged part. Their online department was extremely slow with turnaround times. I ordered my bed on May 19, and June 15th I was still communicating with them to get the defective part replaced. Over a month with a mattress just on the floor.. On top of all that, all the main connection points on the bed where you needed to screw in and attach pieces didn't have any pilot holes drilled (wood can easily split cause of this). Not a good experience especially when you don't have a drill and you're screwing into hard wood in difficult to access corners of the bed. I will never buy from Structube again. Even more frustrating assembly than ikea, for the same quality but more than twice the price

  I visited this store twice, and on both occasions the staff was very unhelpful to the point of rude: when the clerk greets you with "may I help you", and than do all possible slow, unprofessional, disinterested. On top of all, Structube furniture comes from Montreal, and has some weird return policy, quality assurance, and customer service. Their delivery is horrible. The design is beautiful, so if you really need to obtain their furniture, go at least to another store. After initial purchases, we did consider one of their sofas, but I don't think we will bother with our other bigger furniture in Structube. Some smaller things may be all we are prepared for with their service.
