    They would not deliver to Gladstone avenue the wanted me to return to that Crappy grocery store on somerset and bank. Ex Hartman the store is terrible

    This is my favourite grocery store in Ottawa - I've been shopping there for years and I've never had a bad experience. Their prices are generally very reasonable, and their food has been of good quality. I get the impression that the owner(s) really value their customers and want to provide a good experience.

    Good store but the lineups are awful. Takes absolutely forever to sit and wait in line even if it's not peak hours. Cashiers chat with customers and older folks probably like it but I just want to get my food then get out.
