  Watch yourself if you sign up with Anytime Fitness Kemptville they tell you to initial the contract so that IF you renew your membership you'll get it at the same price. BIG SCAM. Your actually resigning up for month to month for AFTER your first year. Beware lesson learned. My bank told me this is their common practice make sure you email them to leave or keep paying when you think your membership is over. Lesson learned.

  I had the same experience as you Suzanne Keefe-Byrne. I just got off the phone with the new owner. He told me I was in a year contract and could not cancel my membership. I had been told by the previous owner when I signed up that I could cancel with a certain number of months notice. Not so. So I just had a nice lecture from the new owner about how I should have read the back of the contract - NICE!

  I have tried to get a membership during their staffed hours but have never seen anyone there, even sent en email out to the manager and never got a reply. Best to use the one on Barrhaven marketplace.

  the most unprofessional gym I have ever been apart of. signed up for personnel training, but i lost my job and had to put it on hold which they said was fine, with it still being on hold they proceeded to take out money got a hold of the manger of the gym and said someone else will call us to get taken care of 1 week goes by and still no one has contacted us. we try to call and still no answer over another week finally we get a hold of someone they tell us the same thing. another week goes by still no refund we tried to get a in touch with a manager for over a week an nothing! Another week goes by and we get a message from the manager saying "contract has been signed, you have to pay for the service" still have yet to recive my training service for the amount they have taken out. I found a job and moved to Kingston tried to drop of the letter several times no one was in the gym again tried to contact them and nothing. checked my account this morning and another payment has come out completely screwing me over. I haven't been to this gym since April nor have i received services for which i have already paid for. its just as expensive as good life save yourself the headache and join goodlife.
