  I went to this salon to treat my mother to a dye & cut. What a disaster. They treated us poorly - the male & female owner. The female owner at the time was doing her mother's hair and was whispering and talking about my mother, who is a visible minority and although has been in Canada since the 70's at times is shy when speaking to native English speakers. When my mom and I were driving away looking at our hairstyles in the mirror, we were both so unsatisfied. The baby hairs around my mom's face weren't done right and looked blotchy but there is no way we were going to face that sort of discrimination again.

  Rinaldo in Manotick has many benefits including location, in the midst of a beautiful park like setting, plenty of free parking, pleasant atmosphere, friendly, accommodating staff and a wide variety of services, including spa treatments and spray on tanning. Their stylists and colorists are experts at listening to your hair ideas and making even your wildest color styles look absolutely amazing! (If they can make my idea for a cross between ombre and balayage using pink, purple and blue look amazing, trust me, they can and do! ) Relaxing with a cappuccino while your color is developing is just another added feature to make your experience at Rinaldo Manotick all the more pleasurable.
