  I explained what I was looking for and they didn't have it so they tried to sell me something else. I generally don't like jewlery store sales people because of their pushy, and very clearly comissioned approach to selling and this was no different.

  So far I have purchased two rings from Heist and in both instances I have received amazing pieces of jewelry and wonderful customer service. Anya has more than exceeded any expectation that I may of had and has made the process personal and enjoyable. Although I don't purchase jewelry very often I will only buy at Heist when I do. We are so fortunate to have a local business that produces high quality work and offers such personal service. I highly recommend going to Heist.

  She had been down in the mines & knows her entire supply chain. There's no business in Ottawa like this one if you're looking for ethical minerals.
