  Never have I ever been so ignored and received such poor service. I've had the misfortune of shopping here more than once and every time it's the exact same thing. The employees have absolutely no interest in doing their job, they will literally stand there and talk to each other rather than help a customer. This isn't a single bad experience, this is consistently horrible. Save yourself the time and frustration... Go shop literally anywhere else.

  Way better service and merchandise at this location than bayshore. 2 staff members greeted me as soon as i walked in.well stalked,in everything. Bayshore never has anything when i go in,which makes it frustrating when you want a specific piece. I will go back to this store before i go back to bayshore!

  I have been there several times and the service is subpar everytime. The first time the saleswoman lost her patience when my friend was trying to decide which ring to buy...and this is when she knew for sure that we were going to buy something.

  Over a month later, I hadn't heard anything, so I called back again. They had misplaced my information, and spent 15 minutes searching for it. Once they found it, they noted that they had written down the wrong size and would put me down once more to receive the right size of the ring. That was December 12th. They told me it would be just after the new year, as the ring was in high demand. I was annoyed, but I figured at least I'd finally be able to give the right ring to my girlfriend.

  Yesterday, they were having a boxing week sale. I could easily get their stuff online, but I wanted to see how the piece would look when I wear it. Against my better judgement, I went there again thinking that their service have improved. Nope! The sale lady practically snapped at me when I asked her to confirm whether they have the ring in my size. It is when I told her that I know for sure that I can get it online that she begrudgingly found it for me.

  The second time I went there to get my ring cleaned and the sales lady made me feel cheap when I wouldn't buy their cleaning cloth even though I knew they offer free cleaning if the store is not busy. Guess what? I went to Tiffany's to get a complementary cleaning for my bracelet and one of the sales ladies there overheard me talking about the incident at Pandora and she offered to clean the ring for me for free! She didn't have to clean it...it was not a Tiffany's product, but they were not busy at the time and she knew how to cultivate customer loyalty. I have bought several Tiffany's pieces from her ever since and I regret nothing.

  If you enjoy queuing in a line, despite the store having a total of three customers in it, then go to Pandora and kill 10 minutes of you time.

  It's February 2nd now and I haven't heard a word. It's been almost 4 months since I purchased the original (which I still have), over 3 months since I called and asked for the replacement the FIRST time, and close to 2 months since I called AGAIN.

  Purchased a ring for my girlfriend at this location on October 3rd, 2016. I gave it to her on October 26th and found it was one size too big. I called the store November 1st and asked if I could come and get the right size. They said they didn't have it and I asked when they would, since the one month to replace the ring would be up in 2 days. They put me on a waiting list, as I had still tried to replace it before the month was up. I gave them my information and told them the ring size I was sold and that I needed one ring size smaller.

  As much as I'm sure there is a reason for such a LONG DELAY, I am pissed off that I haven't at least been contacted since. I will NEVER purchase from this location again, and I suggest you do NOT either.

  I don't know how they trained their staff at Rideau but I am not going back there ever again.
