  The rooms were nice and well kept. They gave out free lavender smell bombs which was cool. Service was great, everybody was very helpful and the location was right beside the Shaw center which was super convenient because that's where the conference I was attending was being held.

  Fantastic location within walking distance of the Byward market and Parliament hill. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Direct access to the mall is a nice bonus.

  Service was attentive and personal. No complaints at all possible in that regard. Food was also good. I asked around, where can I get an excellent meal and was directed here. Good, not excellent. In this league you have to get top cuts of meat and cook them to perfection. Take pride in it and it will show. Cook a good meal, and, well... It's just a good meal. Sorry

  I had a great experience...the rooms are very clean. The bar downstairs is very welcoming. The food option is also well balanced. Definitely coming back.

  Great hotel. Stayed here for two days and it was worth it. Clean rooms and offered a lot of nice services. Proximity to parliament and the Rideau center made it even better. Service was very nice and quick. Overall great stay, especially for professional events.
