  I was impressed with the care and approach when I was treated at Rideau Wellness Centre last year. Besides being competent and efficient in his professional practice, Mokhtar give full attention to his patients, has a friendly approach and searches carefully for the best treatment. I benefited from his professional care both in physiotherapy and homeopathy. Sincere thanks and good wishes for the future.

  I would recommend Mokhtar unreservedly. Beyond knowing his craft, he's a very nice guy, with a gentle approach and understanding nature.

  I know I'd have never recuperated so quickly had I gone the usual physio route. Instead, Mokhtar - a terrific listener who really hones in on your problem - got me back on my feet in far shorter order...and almost a year later, I've had no recurrence.

  I was bed-ridden for three weeks, and was seriously worried that I'd be completely out of commission for months, but diligently following Mokhtar's advice with respect to initially light but increasingly vigorous exercise - and his overall approach to gentle adjustments - suddenly, around the five week mark, I found myself getting a whole lot better...and fast. By the time eight weeks had passed I was completely better.

  Having been a regular patient of massage therapist Lori McKay at the same clinic, when I threw my back out in a big way last fall (2016) and she determined it was not a muscular problem, she recommended I see Mokhtar. Having been used to Physiotherapy clinics where it's more like a production line, I was immediately surprise to find that when I booked 45 minutes with Mokhtar, I got 45 full minutes with him...no sharing him as physiotherapists do who so often move from table to table.
