  Clean, friendly, and most of all super relaxing! My first float was just beautiful. I was given all the information I needed very efficiently and completely; the room with the pod was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary items within reach. The float was beautiful; lights are an option, as is leaving the pod slightly ajar. The water was just perfect. I can't wait until my next float.

  ISO spa is very clean and professionally managed. The atmosphere is inviting and the owners are very friendly, knowledgeable and care about your experience. The float rooms are clean, roomy and comfortable. I trusted that the tank was filtered and hygienic when I stepped into it. There is a lounge area that is fresh and comfortable where you can enjoy a cold crisp glass of lemon infused water and flip through an interesting book before and/or after your float. The online booking tool is really convenient and easy - they have 4 tanks so it's easy to get an appointment time. I have been and will continue to be a returning customer.

  ISO Spa is one of my favourite spots in Ottawa. Mika is such a gracious, respectful and professional man who adds positivity to the entire visit. The spa is immaculately clean and comfortable. I always feel so safe and content during the entire process. The sensory deprivation tank experience is not one to be missed, and the ISO Spa facility is undeniably TOP NOTCH! I absolutely love this place!! Thanks guys!

  My daughter Ashley and I went for a float. What a wonderful relaxing experience we both had. I can’t say enough about this place. Very clean and private with friendly staff ready to great you and to make you feel right at home.

  Great place to go to unwind. Very relaxing and offered in your own clean private room. A very good alternative to a massage. The pods are big enough to avoid feeling claustrophobic (that you can keep open or closed). Plus, there's an optional blue light to turn on or off inside, at your convenience. A soft music starts and ends your experience in a gentle manner. They have free parking, which is a major plus. All in all, my first experience was positive, and I will be returning. Just don't forget to turn off your shower light, as the glare will be seen through the cracks of your pod. Otherwise, enjoy!
