  I lost my phone and needed a replacement. I was assisted by Kira, who was helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. She talked me through the whole process of deactivating my old phone and setting up a new one. She even helped me pick a new phone, based on my needs and preferences. I had to leave and come back later in the day, and even though it was 15 minutes before closing when I returned, she cheerfully helped me set up my new phone and did all the paperwork and administrative work very efficiently. I was very pleased with the speed and effectiveness that Kira showed, and I went home very happy!!

  Ken was fantastic! He went above any beyond finding me a phone and plan that suited my needs. He showed me how to set the phone to easy mode to make it simpler to operate since I hadn't had a new phone in 6 years. He found a plan that was even better and more cost efficient than the one I had in 2016. He even called virgin mobile to help get me the best deal possible. Ken was friendly, funny and helpful.. all you could ask for in the customer service industry. I stayed with virgin because he was such a great help. And this is all coming from someone who never bothets to write reviews.. but he was unreal and such a joy. I really couldn't say enough nice things about him and his professionalism. If you see this Ken at carlimgwood mall virgin store... Thank-you so much for taking so much time answering my many many questions, and for being remarkably good at what you do.

  Pleasant, knowledgeable staff. Sayed helped me me choose the handset and plan that most suited my needs and budget. Very competent. Easily recommend.
