  Every time I have a appointment the vets aren’t on time. Usually end up being there 1hour to 1 1/2 hours for a simple appointment. I don’t understand why it takes sooo slow.

  They were so kind and patient with my kitten who very much did not want to get vaccines. They gave me the price for all of our treatments before doing anything to make sure that the care was within my budget. They took time to talk about how the kitten was doing at home and made suggestions for how to help curb some behaviours. We are so lucky to have this team in our neighborhood.

  Wonderful and compassionate vet, were very helpful and caring in putting down my sick cat. Got a clay paw print of him and received a condolences card which is a small but very meaningful gesture. Will certainly use them moving forward with other pets as they really made me feel at ease and supported throughout the whole ordeal. Thanks!!

  Exceeded expectations. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, patient and very caring. They took time to answer all of our questions and provided us with additional information as well. Overall a great experience and will be returning.
